• All ticket purchases and competition entries are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Prizes are checked prior to shipping. If your item is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

• If your prize arrives damaged, you must email us with photographic evidence for review.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted prizes.

• No refunds will be issued for missed draws, incorrect answers, or forfeited prizes.
