1. Eligibility

  • All entrants must be 18 years or older and reside in mainland UK.

  • We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or any other overseas territories.

  • By entering any competition, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.


2. Nature of Competitions

  • Vault Competitions operates skill-based prize competitions and not gambling.

  • To enter, each participant must correctly answer the relevant skill-based question presented on the entry form.

  • Entries submitted without a correct answer will be invalid and non-refundable.


3. Entry Rules

  • All paid entries must be made via our website vaultcompetitions.co.uk.

  • Standard Vault Breaker entries cost £5 each, unless otherwise stated.

  • Mini-games (such as Heartbreaker or other promotional games) may be offered occasionally at alternative entry prices.

  • Entrants may also submit a free postal entry to our registered address. Postal entries must include:

    • Full name

    • Contact information

    • Competition name

    • Correct answer to the skill-based question

  • Postal entries are processed in the same way as online entries. We are not responsible for lost or delayed post.


4. Draws and Winning

  • Competitions are generally drawn live on TikTok at 6:30 PM. However, we reserve the right to adjust the time, date, or platform at our discretion.

  • Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of valid entries received.

  • If all entries are not sold, we may either:

    • Draw the prize regardless, or

    • Cancel and relist the competition at our discretion.

  • Winners are automatically selected at random from all valid entries.

  • Winners will be contacted using the delivery information they provided at checkout.

  • VIP Fast Pass Option: Entrants may choose to purchase a VIP Fast Pass in addition to their entry tickets. The VIP Fast Pass allows the holder to skip the queue on all competitions during that specific livestream. This is an optional purchase and does not count as an additional entry into the prize draw itself.


5. Prizes

  • All prizes are brand new physical items unless stated otherwise.

  • Packaging, branding, or style of prize boxes may vary depending on supplier availability.

  • If a prize becomes unavailable after a competition ends, we will replace it with a prize of equal or greater value that is as close as possible to the original item.

  • Certain prizes may be fulfilled via cash alternative (bank transfer). Where applicable, the cash alternative will be processed within 48 hours after the end of the live stream.


6. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is free of charge for winners.

  • Prizes are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days of the draw ending.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier services.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages once dispatch is confirmed.


7. Cancellations and Amendments

  • We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend competitions at any time due to technical, legal, or operational reasons beyond our control.

  • If a competition is cancelled before a winner is drawn, entrants will not be entitled to compensation.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, images, livestream footage, and promotional materials belong to Vault Competitions Group Ltd.

  • No content may be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without our written consent.


9. Technical Errors

  • We are not responsible for missed or invalid entries caused by:

    • Internet outages

    • Payment processing errors

    • Platform downtime

  • Entrants are responsible for ensuring their entries are correctly submitted.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Participation is entirely at the entrant’s own risk.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Personal injury

    • Property damage arising from participation or use of prizes

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

  • If you have a complaint, please contact info@vaultcompetitions.co.uk.

  • We aim to respond within 2 working days.


12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our website and participation in competitions constitutes acceptance of any changes.
